These terms govern the use of the NUSAPOD software and the nusapod.app website. NUSAPOD is licensed commercial software; a signed license agreement between your organization and Nusapod takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
License
NUSAPOD is provided under a per-installation license bound to a license token. You may install and use the software on your own infrastructure up to the licensed capacity (GPU count, tier, and term encoded in the token). You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or remove/circumvent the license mechanism.
Your responsibilities
- You operate the software on your own hardware and are responsible for the security of that environment, the accounts you create, and the workloads you run.
- You are responsible for the models you deploy and the content generated with them, including compliance with applicable law and third-party model licenses.
- Keep your license token and API keys confidential.
Telemetry
Licensed installations validate periodically against our license service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Blocking this validation for an extended period may cause the software to restrict management operations.
Warranty & liability
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the software and website are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nusapod’s aggregate liability arising out of the use of the software is limited to the license fees paid for the twelve months preceding the claim. Nusapod is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data on infrastructure it does not operate.
Termination
We may suspend or revoke a license for material breach of these terms or the license agreement. Expired or revoked licenses enter a grace period before management operations are restricted; running workloads are never remotely deleted by us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, unless a signed agreement provides otherwise.
